You cannot pin at the venue. You can pay using a QR code. It is also possible to pay cash. For tickets at the door we add €1.50 administrative costs.
Yes, the dance school is located 5 minutes walk from metro station Isolatorweg (metro line 50), and 15 minutes walk from train/metro station Sloterdijk.
Yes, you can park on the parking in front of venue, or on the street. Parking is free on weekends.

The Open Competitions are competitions, which do not fall under the rules of the NADB. These competitions are open for everyone, irrespective of membership to a certain federation or association. Dancers from all levels and age-groups are welcome. You can find more information about the Open Competitions on the Competition page. purchased.
You can participate in this competition with anyone you like. All combinations are welcome. Experienced dancers (B+ class) cannot participate with their own partner.
Please register as a couple. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange for a Blind Date or lottery. You don't have a partner? Ask for help from your students association or dance school, or post a message on the socials of the Halloween Cup.
The Open Students/Debutants competition will start with a qualification round called "The Magical Test". The participants will be sorted in 2 classes: A. Vampires and B. Werevolves. After that the regular rounds will be danced based on the number of participants. There will be NO redance.
3 dances will be danced in the qualification round:
Latin: Cha-Cha, Rumba and Jive
Standard: Slow Wals, Tango and Quick Step
Samba and Slowfox will be added in the final for the Vampires.
Competition clothes are not allowed in the Open Students/Debutants competition. But that's the only limitation. Be creative but decent.
The NADB has now 2 solo age categories: Youth and Adults.
There are also 2 solo disciplines: Latin and Standard 3 dances, and Open Solo 2 dances.
In the 3-dances competition the following dances are performed:
Latin: Samba, Cha-Cha and Jive
Standard: Slow Walks, Tango and Quickstep
In the Open Solo the followingd ances are performed:
Latin: Rumba and Paso Doble
Standard: Viennese Waltz and Slowfox
Yes, we have 2 large changing rooms. Please throw your garbage in the waste bins and not on the floor! Please don't smear dirt or tanning lotions on the floor. After the competition, make sure you collect all your belongings!
Yes, totally! You can even win a prize for the best halloween costume. But make sure you can dance comfortably! If you are participating in a NADB-class, your clothes must comply with the clothing requirements of the federation. Be creative but prevent disqualification.
Absolutely not! It is also obligatory to use heel protectors!
Yes, that's possible. You can buy drinks at the bar and there will be a food stall at the venue. There are also sufficient food places in the neighbourhood.
The final time-table will be published on the 22nd or 23rd of October.
